I have only been here twice with one of my dogs and they were very friendly, polite, kind and understanding they also take the time to answer any questions and concerns you have and explain everything really good also I noticed they care about your pets not just money yeah you have to pay your full bill no matter what but today my dog had to have a emergency c section they got her right in saved her and my little miracle puppy thanks to all the staff and doctor Brandi Porto, DVM so much for everything I am so glad I switch vets you make us feel so welcome with open arms
We moved our pets to South Creek after our regular vet office was sold to another company. In our opinion the feeling of respect, compassion and reasonable we were used to at or old vet has been continued at South Creek. All the care products we are used to are available. The doctors and staff are top notch. The level of care at South Creek feels like your seeing your family doctor and our pets are treated with the upmost respect. We can't thank them enough for opening their practice.
ALL the doctor's have been AWESOME in treating my terminally ill fur baby! I am so grateful to have found them, especially after some bad experiences with other vet's. I want to give a special thanks and appreciation to Sue, I'm not sure of her title or position at the vet but she is the BEST!!! I highly recommend the doctor's here and if you are able, ALWAYS deal with Sue! She has made this whole journey so much easier on me. THANK YOU Sue!!!
