Yesterday I had the opportunity to be the recipient of excellent Customer Service from the folks at Phantom H-D. I am nearing the end of a 15,000 mile trip that has spanned the continent. I have been to Alaska, across Canada and into New England. While riding in Illinois yesterday the ABS light on my 2015 Ultra Limited came on and stayed on. I used my GPS to find the nearest dealer and that was Phantom. I went into the service department and the checked the bike to see what the problem was. Turns out that it was a rear wheel bearing that had failed. Unfortunately I did not catch the names of all the folks I met there yesterday, but the one that stands out is Brad, the service techs that led the efforts. I had about 64,500 miles on the bike and would have gotten it in somewhere for a 65K service. I also was going to replace the tires when I had that service done. Brad mentioned that the rear tire should be replaced as it was under the minimum tread depth. I told him I had been holding off on tires and was going to have them done when I had the service done. Then I asked if there was any way they could replace the tires and do the full service. He checked the schedule and said he could juggle a couple of thing around nd get it done. Mind you, I arrived there unannounced a little after 2:00 PM, and the service department closes at 6:00 PM. They not only did the tires and 65K service, but they also made the repairs to the bearings, replaced the ABS sensor at the rear wheel, checked the front bearings and saw that they were about to fail, so they replaced those also. And they got my bike nice and shiny. One of the guys, and I did not get his name, spent a lot of time cleaning everything. The chrome is now sparkly, the Radioactive Green paint glows again, and he polished windshield. In addition to the guys in the shop the folks in the sales area and parts department were all very friendly and welcoming. You would have thought that I was a regular customer who bought the bike there and comes around often. Thank you all for the prompt and courteous service.

My guy is looking for a new bike for us. We test drove a Ultra Glide, he's 6'4 and wide . After the drive he stated how the seat was uncomfortable. They change out the seat to a big boy seat and let us take it on the road again. Mike and Tim are sweet hearts had a young lady there sorry I forgot her name they are ALL awesome!
Very pleased with service department. Took my Electra Glide in for engine noise. Very thorough rebuild done under warranty. Was kept informed and details explained during the repairs. Thanks Phantom.

The work on the bike was completed around 6:30 and I was on my way around 6:45. I was able to get to my hotel in Kokomo, Indiana, safely and feeling confident in my ride.
I called for a volt reg for my twin cam bike, the sales man was very rude, the part was $60.00 more than everywhere else. I only checked here hoping I wouldn't have to wait for shipping. But I will NEVER call,step foot, or spend money in this hell hole. And I suggest you dont waste your time or money.
