I waited in a drive through line containing 3 cars for 35 minutes to be informed that they didn't have any fries or nuggets
Worst Wendy's I've ever been to. I will never be going back. 20 minute wait in the Drive-Thru line and guess what my order was still wrong. 6 Jr bacon cheeseburgers and a large fry how hard is that? And one of the burgers had a hair in it. Order returned money refunded and a big flying f you to that Wendy's at 129 Cypress Drive in Manteno
We were at the Wendy's in Manteno during the weekend of Oktoberfest. I must say we were quite impressed at how efficient this restaurant was. Due to the festivities in town, they were swamped with customers. But, someone planned well because they were prepared. They were well staffed, courteous and prompt. I observed the manager and she was really on top of things. She was right in there with her crew working hard beside them. I never once saw her "get ruffled " and she was very professional in her conduct. Our order was prompt and the staff courteous. 5 Stars to the Manteno Wendy's! !
Hot fast food delicious great service friendly atmosphere very clean all in all five stars
