Excellent place for truck service ....possibly one of the companies fastest and detail orientated. Drivers lounge ...ehhh...keeps u out of the rain while u watch tv.
Terminal is clean, people are fairly friendly. Automatic one star for using OTR drivers as local drivers for more than one trip. We make nothing when we're not rolling down an interstate. Your planners are worse than Jonestown.
Their driver failed to stop at a stop sign and made me and my family slam on our breaks to avoid being crushed. I have a serious anxiety when it comes to driving, and I haven't been able to calm down since. This driver needs to be reported, so when I called customer service, I was on the phone for over an hour waiting for a representative. I assume they play it that way so that none of the drivers can be reported on to help their "best driver satisfaction" label. This driver needs to be off the road or reprimanded before they end up killing someone and Swift Customer Service is doing nothing to help.
Wash/dry $1.50 each. Has a change machine and ATM. Two showers and 1 toilet. Looks fairly clean, but some pendejo left his pendejo on top of the urinal. STOP BEING PIGS! Filthy animal.
