Ordered a couple donuts and a box of donut holes ..... donuts were just OK..... donut holes were very dry and ended up growing over half away. $10 for 2 donuts and a small box of donut holes..... nahhh I won't go back
Whomever was working the drive up on 9/23/17 @ 11:35am needs an attitude adjustment. Please give her some customer service training. Thanks.
We go to this Dunkin almost every day. Overall the service is great and there are a few employees that are wonderful. Occasionally they seem irritated when you ask for a double chocolate glazed donut, which they almost never have in stock. One of our favorites is their frozen coffee, a gamble as it is sometimes extremely liquidy or not nearly blended enough.
I used to come here every Saturday with my daughter. Great food and great service. I think MGMT changed because the staff is entirely new. They are not rude, but not pleasant either. And the food has gone down hill as well. My ham wraps are almost always burned, and the donuts are sub par. Example? Happy to. I just ate a creamless Boston cream donut. How does that even happen? It their coffee is still top notch.
Went to the drive thru because I had my dog with me. The girls working were very friendly. Order was right and fast plus my dog was given a little munchkin treat. Any place that's kind to my dog and me gets 5 stars.
